Hannah Tricker FCIPD

Senior HR Consultant
Hannah joined PSHR in September 2020, having  started her career in HR in 2007 as an HR Administrator. She has not looked back since. Hannah's personal drive and passion for HR has seen her develop into an HR Lead providing strategic and operational HR support and guidance to businesses. She is commercially focused, professional and approachable. Having gained a wealth of knowledge and project experience within various industry sectors, it then followed that Hannah enabled businesses and their employees to achieve their goals through people processes, policies and organisational structure. Hannah's skill set has led her to enjoy working with SME’s who have not had the benefit of an HR set up. Although she prides herself on being a HR generalist, she has undertaken significant change projects and joins the team as a specialist in this field. Hannah is a working parent and enjoys a balanced life of family, friends and wine.

Karen Poulson Assoc. CIPD

HR Consultant
Karen joined PSHR in November 2020 having worked in a variety of roles and sectors. This has provided her with vast experience in administration, research and analysis and operational line management. Whilst overseeing an HR function, Karen realised that she wanted to pursue a career in this field and now has well over a decade of HR experience. The majority of this has been served within the care and education sectors at a strategic level, leading to a commercial HR outlook. Karen believes that HR strategy aligned to that of the business, enables organisations to utilise their people which in turn achieves goals. Karen describes herself as an HR generalist but is passionate about employee relations and utilising those processes to build and retain positive workplace culture. She brings with her experience in recruitment processes and placing the right people into the right role. Outside of work she enjoys reading, cinema, cycling and attending live music events.
