Trainee IFA Administrator: Pearson Wealth Management

You will need experience working within administration environment for at least 1 year.

What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include As a Trainee IFA Administrator:

  • Deal with the post, update tasks and distribute to the relevant colleague.
  • Complete valuations.
  • Monitor diary tasks and chase where required.
  • Complete LOA’s and information requests.
  • Monitor email inboxes.
  • Answering the phones and dealing with queries.
  • General client administration.
  • Franking outgoing post.
  • Checking IFA diaries and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Creating client files and adding them to the internal systems.
  • Creating review letters
  • Collating and sending documents to providers
  • Actioning meeting notes and saving compliance.
  • Ensure that all data added to the back-office system is correct and up to date where available.
  • Have good Customer relations.
  • Have good IT skills.
  • Have excellent Time Management skills.
  • Have great attention to detail and excellent accuracy.
  • Be able to manage and initiate workload.
  • Have good communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

What is Needed to Be Considered For This Trainee IFA Administrator Role:

  • Proficient with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • At least 1 year of administration experience.
  • Able to cope with IT and telecommunications equipment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Will need own transport.
