PS Human Resources are looking to add a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Services to our successful, friendly, and supportive team.
The Head of Client Services will be a trusted CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional who has strong business management skills. This individual will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, leading and mentoring the HR team and driving organic and new business growth, while maintaining overall client satisfaction and collaborating with the team to deliver the highest quality work. This role will be an integral part of PSHR, working closely with the Directors to achieve the strategic goals and priorities.
We are an established HR consultancy – we started at our kitchen table 10 years ago. We now have a wide range of clients in a variety of industries and sectors. Our team are all CIPD qualified or working towards it.
